We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Standard delivery usually takes around 5 business days after your order has been processed.

In rare cases where an item is low in stock, shipping may take an additional 2–3 business days.
We use trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, 4PX and Yun Express, to ensure safe delivery.
👉 Shipping is free on all orders.
Returns
We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. If you’d like to return your item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the process.
To ensure your return reaches us safely and is eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that all returns are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery after receiving the details from us. This protects both you and us from delays or lost parcels, and ensures we can process your return promptly once the item has been received and inspected.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

We’re happy to accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order (as most orders are processed quickly).

Refunds are processed once the return is received and passes a brief quality check.
